The faceted search project was conceived as a tactical redesign to improve user experience. It is a direct response to feedback received from clients through NPS surveys and usability testing. My role was to conduct usability audit of the site navigation model, usability studies in London and New York and propose navigation solution that would meet client needs. 

I also played the role of a taxonomist and information architect in mapping user friendly search facets to the tag and taxonomy management system.

Usability Testing
